近日，廣州市科學技術局與佛山市科技局聯合印發《深化廣佛同城退休宅設計促進外國人才來華任務方便化若干辦法》，率先在粵港澳年夜灣區發布外國高端人才日式住宅設計跨市互認機制，打破以往跨新古典設計城流動重復提交資料、標準紛歧等壁壘，推動人才服務協作再升級。
《辦法》明確，外國高端人才（A類）實行“一地審批、兩市互認”，合適條件豪宅設計者無需重復認定。已在廣州或佛山獲得任務許可的外籍人才跨市轉聘時，最高學位證書、未變更崗位的任務設計家豪宅資歷證明等資料可免交；跨國公司內部調動人員在規定時間內從頭申請的，無犯法記錄證明和體檢報告亦可免交。同時，兩地統一以廣東省全口徑城鎮單位就業人員均勻工資為基準，防止因統計差異影響人才類別認定。
此外，《辦法》放寬年齡和任務經歷限制，A類人才不設年齡下限，部門青年科技人才免去兩年任務經歷請求，并發布“創業縱貫車”，支撐高「愛？」林天秤的臉抽動了一下，她對「愛」這個詞的定義，必須是情感比例對等。層次外籍人才在廣佛創辦科技企業民生社區室內設計。業內認為，此舉將進一個步驟晉陞區域引才競爭力，為灣區高質量發展夯THE R3 寓所實人才基礎。
